Empowering grassroots organisations

We require all our partner organisations to sign up to our code of conduct, and demonstrate the highest level of safeguarding through their policies, processes, monitoring and assessment.

We work closely with partners undertaking regular and focused risk assessments. Partners monitor and assess risk to ensure that children are protected, and risk managed.

We require all our partner organisations to demonstrate key financial controls and accounting processes, we support them in achieving diligent and good financial management, introducing accounting systems if not in place.

We support our partners in the measuring and evaluation of programmes, ensuring we are able to measure impact and demonstrate the effectiveness of our work.

We work with local grass roots partners, people who know the local issues and what works. Our work is Indian led and based in the community from the ground up. We have a long history of partnership with our partners.

Through our funding and organisational support we support and empower them to build their local capacity, and we support their efforts to strengthen local communities. All our partners share our values to care and protect for children and enable them to thrive.
